The pet-friendly cottages are absolutely charming with their handcrafted wooden decor. As an old soul, I felt like I was stepping into a cozy cabin from the good ol' days.
Personally, I found the showers with rainfall showerheads to be a bit too intense for my liking. However, I understand that others might enjoy that invigorating experience.

Tranquil Garden: Nestled within the property, the enchanting olive grove, delicate sculptures, and serene pond create a picturesque escape. Strolling through this garden is like wandering into a fairytale.
Cleaning Issues: Unfortunately, our chalet was neglected, with leaves on the deck and rooms that seemed untouched by cleanliness.

We loved the friendly community, variety of extra activities, and the ambiance of the bush setting at The Sandcastle. The yurt experience was fantastic, and the cabins had everything we needed. The sea view from our balcony was stunning, and we enjoyed the delicious pizzas cooked in the garden pizza oven. Close proximity to beautiful beaches was a bonus.
Nothing for me.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel is situated on the side of a hill, which adds to the charm and provides a sense of exclusivity. The chalet I stayed in was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including two heaters to keep me nice and warm during the chilly nights. The room also had plenty of blankets and pillows, ensuring a cozy and restful sleep. The hotel offers great services such as room service and laundry, making it even more convenient for guests.
Despite the overall positive experience, there was a minor inconvenience during my stay when the electricity went off. However, this was a temporary issue and out of the hotel's control.

We loved the beautiful surroundings! The location was fantastic, close to the beach but still very quiet and peaceful. The nearby National Park was also a bonus. The little chalet had all we needed, including a good shower with plenty of hot water.
We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Breadcrumbs on the bench and dirty plates and mugs were not what we expected. It's a shame because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be amazing.

We especially appreciated the functional kitchen area, which allowed us to cook a few meals together. Plus, the strong wifi signal was a major bonus.
The cottages were in pretty rough shape.

Lovely grounds and a chill atmosphere. Idyllic location, 3 minutes from the sea. Saw blue penguins. Well-equipped kitchen. Set in peaceful gardens with outdoor pizza oven. A delightful hideaway, perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers. Wifi was helpful for changing plans. Will definitely be staying again.

Excellent location, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views of the sea and hills. The bungalows were spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to cook on site. We especially enjoyed exploring the Golden Bay area, which offered plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with a few cobwebs and dust in certain areas. we noticed that some common spaces could benefit from a little upkeep, such as the spa area.
